The hotel is in a prime location on Michigan Ave, making it super convenient for exploring all the Chicago attractions on foot. The rooms lack soundproofing, which can be disturbing at night, and there are additional costs for parking on top of the room rate.

The rooms are extremely noisy and lack soundproofing. I could hear all the traffic and even emergency sirens during the night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there were issues like a missing picture above the desk, burned out light bulbs, and non-functional outlets.

The service was decent overall. It took some time to find us a room, but the staff was nice and accommodating. However, they didn't honor the upgrade we were initially offered to a room with a lake view on a higher floor.

The hotel rooms are nice enough but rather compact. They are very clean and big with a pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff. However, they face the afternoon sun, making it unbearably hot without closing the blinds. The location is top-notch, offering a nice view, comfort, and quietness, perfect for shopping and entertainment.
